Recently I did the most amazing road trip down the coastal shores of California. I started in San Fransisco and ended in San Diego on the borders of Mexico. While I was there I experienced some amazing Mexican restaurants. I was totally overwhelmed by the flavour and effort that went into all the incredible dishes. What you can see below is something you could rarely find in an English restaurant. A fish taco: One of the most famous foods in San Diego. My favourite food I tried is a well known dip guacamole (mashed avocado with chopped herbs and tomatoes.)
Another snack my father and I shared is a dish you would never find in England. Deep Fried Artichoke. This healthy snack is like a normal artichoke but covered in batter and dipped in different sauces.
