This post is not about a certain food but about the presentation of food. Today I went to a diner for lunch and had food served in a very interesting way. The saucepan it was cooked in had been used to serve the meal. This was actually convenient as it kept the macaroni cheese hot and bubbly.

Brilliant Breddo
This is the food I tried in Israel at a restaurant called Breddo. I will now explain what each dip is.
The top left hand corner - This dip is tuna with finely chopped vegetables
The bottom left hand corner - That dip is something named tahina. It is an Israeli dip.
The top right hand corner - That dip a very tasty garlic butter.
The bottom right hand corner - This dip is a lovely thick creamy pesto.
The top middle - That is a rich creamy cream cheese.
The bottom middle - This is a plain raspberry jam.
