Lottie: Heya, I’m Lottie and I LOVE baking. Ever since I was about 7 or 8 I have always loved being in the kitchen: baking and experimenting with exciting new flavours, textures and ingredients. Over lockdown, I started to develop my own simple, healthy and most importantly delicious recipes for my family and friends which I have decided to share with the world! I have been running EatTeen since I was 11 but have decided to dedicate this blog to all my favourite bakes so you can enjoy being in the kitchen as much as I do. Happy Baking!
